This summer, we've had the opportunity
to book shows at a number of venues in which we have never played.
I'm always excited to play a show at a new venue as it gives us
an opportunity to introduce Concrete Prophet to a brand new audience
while introducing that venue to the wonderful folks that come
out to support us at every show. We've had the opportunity to
meet some wonderful people along the way and I look forward to
meeting more at every new stop. Each venue offers it's own benefits
and challenges, and whether we're playing at Orion Studios to
a prog-minded audience and feeding off of the positive energy,
or performing with a showcase of varied bands and defining against
adversity what Concrete Prophet is, every show turns in to an
exciting experience.

Every radio station says, "it's
all about the music," but I'm skeptical. More and more radio
stations have an ever-shrinking variety of songs and I feel the
homogeneity of local radio is ultimately leaving listeners unsatisfied.
This is the exact reason Concrete Prophet feels it's important
to pursue Internet radio. Let's not be coy -- we're a progressive
metal band. That description alone is almost as 'non-commercial'
as they come. But that doesn't matter. We're excited about a resource
where we can share our music with people who appreciate it. Will
Concrete Prophet ever be heard on your local radio station? Maybe.
Maybe not. And that's fine with us. We're thankful to all the
stations who now feature Concrete Prophet (check our website for
the growing list), but, more importantly, we're thankful that
they took the initiative to create an outlet for a genre of compelling
music that otherwise would not get the airtime and attention it
deserves.

"The audience cannot help
but be left in anticipation of what will happen next. And during
each song, the band provides plenty to feast on with incendiary
playing, jaw dropping timing, and originality that brings music
up to a higher level. Concrete Prophet has personality, musicality,
and they know who they are. You guys are truly a national / international
quality act."

"I received your
CD yesterday and I really like it. You guys did a GREAT job, it
left me wanting more! Your front man's voice sounds very much
like Tommy Shaw, I should know, been listening to Tommy since
the late 70's. I hope you guys get busy and churn out a full length
release. The world is ready if you are. My best regards to you
and the band, keep moving forward. Good luck and I hope you sell
a million copies!" Read

"Concrete Prophet
are a young mid-Atlantic foursome with chops galore who juxtapose
catchy, melodic, accessible hard rock and metal sensibilities
with breathtaking scored ensemble passages that all but ignite
their fretboards."

All of us in Concrete Prophet are
consummate fans of music ourselves. One of our biggest goals is
to bring music to the stage that appeals to the music fan. Personally,
it gives me a great deal of pleasure and a tremendous sense of
accomplishment when a fellow musician or fan of music in general
offers us congratulations or compliments. Lets us know we're doing
something right! So keep the comments comin'! Come up to us at
the shows and tell us what you think. We're always happy to hear
and offer our personal thanks!
